Would you like your art featured at ArtProMotivate?
This page is for artists to submit their information for the Artist Spotlite.
If you would like to be a featured in this section, please review the following details and guidelines and answer the artist interview questions fully.
Your Art Featured at ArtProMotivate!
- Each artist spotlite will feature a different inspiring artist. Both established artists, and interesting upcoming emerging artists will be featured. We know how difficult it can be for some artists to get their artworks noticed, so the emphasis will be on these.
- Get insights into what your fellow artists are up to with their art. Each artist will have to fill out a form and submit it to us. If you take the time and effort to fill out the form FULLY, more than likely you will be selected for an artist spotlight at some point.
We will feature all submissions received that meet up to our simple standards below!
Guidelines for Visual Artist Spotlight
- Try to answer all the questions if you can. The questions are laid out in typical artist artist interview format.
- Your answers along with the images you send will be featured in an article on this blog.
- You will receive a free permanent link to the site you mention in the “website box”.
- If artists include their Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ links, these will also be included.
- Please answer all interview questions in your OWN WORDS. We will not be publishing material that is copy and pasted or appears on another website!
- Try to answer all questions in at least two or three sentences… It will increase your chances of being accepted!

I hope I will not be considered too old to be included here, I will await the outcome of your reviewers. Thank you for this opportunity.
@John Neville Cohen
Your welcome John! ... Thank-you for your submission. We will get back to you when we have made our decision. Judging by how well you completed the form, you have a very good chance... :)
I feel I am always in the process of creating my best work and would therefore like the opportunity to update the works I have selected. Thank you for sharing.
@Sea Dean
Of course you may... thanks for your spotlite submission! Love the art!
Been here done that, guess I didn't meet the criteria? Your artist spotlight list has not changed for a while now, how often is it updated?
@Anonymous
An update is coming up soon...
Your art will be featured soon...
Thanks Scott!
Graham, thanks for the update. Didn't mean to come off with an attitude. Things always sound different when they're in print.
@scott hile
Very true... I understand that some artists may be wondering why I haven't featured them yet. I have quite a few artist submissions to get to yet... I may have to start featuring more often (maybe twice a week), at least for a month or so.
I am not strict with the criteria for selection at all.
Two main criteria I am looking for in the artist spotlights, to be selected:
1 - Answer the questions fully. Some artists have submitted with just one or two word answers. While, I may eventually get to featuring some of those, preference is given to artists who provide full interesting answers.
2 - The artist must provide an artist website.
Notice that I do not pass any judgments on the art itself. As I say above, this is meant as a means of promoting both emerging and established artists.
The whole point of the spotlight and this whole site is to uplift the artist themselves. For some, this is the first time being featured anywhere.
I have given answers that are as honest as possible,and truly me. I hope you consider my submission.
Thank You!
@Melinda Francis
When did you submit for the spotlight?
Hi
I answered all the questions and started uploading my art only to be denied because the file is too large. I have no idea how to make it smaller as each image is too big. Also where or how do you save it before submitting? Computer clueless over here, help.
@Anonymous
One easy way to make it smaller is to upload it to a Facebook album, then right click on each image and choose to save it on your computer. To save before submitting,select all your answers and save it in a new notepad or Word document. Also, you can right click anywhere on the page and choose "Save as" to save the page. Be sure to select HTML only at the bottom... hope this helps!! Graham
Your feedback is welcome and much appreciated!
