Gregor Wosik short bio
Gregor Wosik was born in Poland, but since 1984 has lived in Germany. He is influenced and inspired by realism by the painting masters Rembrandt, Caravaggio and Rubens. Many of his paintings are reminiscent of the large paintings on some cathedral ceilings, which give the illusion of sky and angels in the heavens. He has long enjoyed creating 3D illusions of considerable size, and has created paintings on walls, facades and roads.
