I paid the upgrade fee, but I still see the option to upgrade whenever I go into my account. I've sent multiple emails, PMs on facebook, and commended on their page, asking if my entry was actually upgraded or not. First message was sent 2 weeks ago, and they've responded to nothing yet. I'm starting to think it's a scam too. If they don't respond today, I'm calling my credit card to dispute the charge.

Have you done a review of the different software programs for helping artists catalogue and classify/track their work? I am thinking along the lines of: vBook, e-artist, working artist, G.Y.S.T. etc... I have seen about 10 of these on the market and have 'demo'd' about 6. It could be useful to many artists who are either thinking of going professional or just need to keep track of what they have done in an organised way. I respect your opinion, but those steps do emphasize how to make good quality digital photographs for the web.... NOT for prints.

Not everyone has the money for, or access to a good quality digital camera. I have received VERY GOOD results by going through these steps myself... even print quality.

In this case, the alt and title should match. Alt is what shows up when no image is displayed. The title displays when hovering the cursor over the image. They have different purposes but are used to describe the same image, so the text should be the same.

If the link reciprocating has nothing do do with your website, then exchanging links can actually do more harm than good. The only type of links that are helpful are internal links, those linking to other pages of your website. Exchanging links with other art websites is ok, but stay away from trading with non-art related websites.

If you do have non-art related links there, tag them with nofollow. This means that all links in social networking buttons, and similar links should be tagged as nofollow.
